Stunning dining table which arrived sooner then expected. Henry was so helpful in taking extra photos to help me make the online purchase.
Delivery day, I was informed at every stage so the delivery was on time and as planned. The guys were friendly , polite and respectful. I would not hesitate to order from Arighi Bianci.

Excellent, professional, pleasant experience from start to finish.
To start with the showroom is enormous, many different designs of sofas to choose from.
The whole sales team are all very pleasant and do not "hassle" you. Special thanks to Malcolm Palk, very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in & he explained everything including all the different fabric options available, with no "pressurised sales patter", also organised material samples to be posted out to us.
The delivery scheduling was pleasant & straight forward.
The 'Premium Delivery' service was just that, we received curtesy call to say they were on the way and arrived exactly on time. The furniture arrived with protective coverings on and the two guys, Simon and John were excellent, polite & professional, they positioned the two sofas as required and ensured we were completely happy with everything.
This is our first experience with "Arighi Bianchi" and cannot fault them at all, fully recommend,

Tom and Matt delivered my new table and chairs this afternoon and they are the most polite and thoughtful delivery and installation guys I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. They were more than happy to entertain me by moving the table around until I was completely sure it was in the right spot. ?? Brilliant service from start to finish.

Chris L and Chris W were great today, they very kindly moved my old dining table in to the garage for me to make room for my beautiful new one. They were very polite, tidy and put it all together really quickly. Very happy and would definitely recommend ?

Our new sofas were delivered today by Damian and Keith exactly on time. They took excellent precautions in setting up the sofas on our new carpet. They clearly explained the features of the electrically operated sofa.

Joe and Jason arrived early, took every precaution to ensure the house stayed cleaned as they brought in the table and chairs. They then put our new table together with great care and attention to detail and left the house spotless.

Chris and Chris rang to ask if they could come early, lovely guys. They were mindful of my floors, walls etc, shoes off, couldn’t praise them enough. One issue with the delivery (missing cushion covers) they handled well contacted the store and arranged for them to be sent out asap.

Had our bookcase delivered today by Damian and Keith. Turned up exactly on time so not having to wait in for hours. Unpacked and fitted shelves then took packaging away.
